Terms and conditions

1. Bottles/containers:

• Should be washed before refilling
• Cannot be food or drink container if you are refilling with bathing products or detergents as per Health and Safety UK
• are the customer's responsibility : you must ensure your containers are fit for purpose. Maya's Refillables Ltd cannot be held responsible for any liability from the use of our refill products once they are decanted into the customer’s containers or bottles under any circumstances.​

2. When collecting from the "home" shop, customers do it at their own risk. Maya's Refillables Ltd accept no liability for any injuries to persons or pets, for any damage or theft to vehicles parked on the street or the driveway.

5. All products remain Maya's Refillables Ltd's property until payment is made and the customer has received the product either from the market stall, from a delivery or collection from Maya's Refillables or a Collection Point. 

​6.  Deliveries do not require a signature to be able to deliver an order. Orders can be left in an area the customer deems as safe. The area will be communicated when placing an order or by email. Orders can be left in an area the driver deems as safe. This can include outbuildings, porches, and other such areas on or around the delivery property. In the event a parcel is left in a safe location as requested by the customer or as indicated by the driver,  the customer takes full responsibility for the security of the products after delivery. Therefore no claim for loss can be processed. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the service information available on our site is checked for such restrictions.​

7.  We reserve the right to change our product's prices at any time without notice.
